In the spring we had a scout who left the pack, so he was dropped from SB. But he decided to return this month. He is still active on the scouting.org roster. How do we get him back on SB?
Post the Scout’s Scouting America Member ID (no names) and we can see if we can sync him back into Scoutbook.

I setup a position sync. The Scout should be back in your pack tomorrow morning. You will need to put the Scout back into a den using the Edit Den function of Scoutbook Plus. Please do not attempt to move the Scout in Legacy Scoutbook.

I too have a similar issue, I have a scout that has aged out, but still needs to sit for his Eagle Board. I accidentally deleted him from scoutbook and need him re-added. Scout # 132907275.
I setup a position sync. Check back after 4:00 PM Central. If he is still not back on the Scoutbook roster, check again tomorrow morning. Sometimes position sync requests don’t make the afternoon sync.
