Scout dropped from troop and can't add him back

BSA id# 135300734 - dropped from Scoutbook. He is in my.scouting Organization Manager. I can not search for him in Scoutbook or try to transfer him back into the troop. I don’t even have a connection to him anymore. Any ideas? Thanks

Robert,

Somehow the Scout’s BSA Member ID became attached to his father’s Scoutbook account. I will work on fixing this and let you know when it is done.

Robert,

I have restored the Scout’s account in Scoutbook and requested a position sync. Check after 4:00 PM Central to see if he came back into the unit in Scoutbook.
