When using roster Builder and selecting Youths and then selecting to show Parents phone numbers; for some youth it will only show one of the parent’s phone numbers. Here is a refID of the report PD-20240803012558-647716-746227 specifically Youth MemberID 140379884 parent only has one number when validating that parent actually has two configured.
I’m seeing multiple phone numbers on the report for some parents. My guess is that parent does not have multiple phone numbers in the Scoutbook database. The profile in Scoutbook plus references data from Akela, the membership system. Editing and saving the profile should force a sync to the Scoutbook database.
I have verified parent has two phone numbers. Parent happens to be myself. If I go in and change the order in which the phone numbers are entered in my profile only the second one shows up. Agree that other parents have multiple numbers but don’t see why theirs show but mine doesn’t.
What type of phone is selected for each? Mobile, home, work?
Do you have the country selected for the phone number?
One other thing that could shed some light on this:
Go to the unit roster in scoutbook
Click the gear icon and select show contact info
Do one or both phone numbers show up under your name?
That will tell us whether it’s an issue with the report or synching to Scoutbook.
