When attempting to run a report for all scouts’ phones numbers in a patrol, it appears to only list parent’s numbers and not the scout’s mobile number. We have entered all of their mobile numbers and set them as primary in the individual profiles. The hope/goal is to be able to pull a report and hand it to each of the patrol leaders so that they can easily contact all of the girls in their patrol.
That is a YPT protection put into place by national so Scouts phones are not released. You would just need to create it outside of Scoutbook if you want that.
Thank you for that information. If a programmer has time, it would be nice to have a short disclaimer in the system that states such so the patrol roster report is not assumed to be broken.
