RSVP Report enhancement - parent medical form dates

Please enhance the RSVP report to include the medical form dates for parents.

Currently, I have to manually cross-reference each attending parent with a roster builder report showing parent medical form dates in order to determine which parent attendees have missing or expired medical forms.

This is a great idea and all of the info is already in the DB.
