Using the Report Builder IA, I can run a report for my troop that lists the Health Form dates that I’ve entered in to Scoutbook.
Is there a way to run a similar report for the adults (parents & leaders) for whom I’ve entered Health Form dates?

Great question. Anyone know?
Really, it would be great if IA would alert us somehow if the health form was expired.
Roster building, vs. report builder, lets you choose adults. It will also indicate if the form is expired.
The RSVP report for an event has the dates, but does not indicate expired. That could be an improvement.
That’s so confusing. But thanks for the clarification.
Holy crap, I never even noticed that that button existed. How useful! Thanks! And yes, indicating “expired” on there would be very helpful.
I agree. I’d make the roster just a roster, no options. Then have all the customization in report builder. I don’t have a good feeling on how they are different.
Report Builder was designed to be more advancement oriented.
Roster Builder is more aimed at rosters that you might need for things like summer camp.
