I have been a Scouter for over 30 years. This year’s program has to be the worst in all those years. The class consisted of 90 minutes of Talking Heads with very little interaction until the quiz at the end. Yes, I got 100% but that is not the point.
In your section on S.A.F.E. you spoke about making things easy to understand and to the point. You missed the mark on this one!
Last year’s was much better.

While you are correct, posting here for all volunteers to see is an effective way to push back against this training. All volunteers should be complaining about it.
Those that can make change with the requirements, and structure of the training, do not monitor the forums.
You missed the point. Those that volunteer can all complain to their Council and demand change.
@GaryJohnson unfortunately the requirements are dictated by the settlement in the national bankruptcy. These are validated by a court order and therefore cannot be altered. As indicated there is no one on the forums that can affect the change, no matter how many people post on this.
