Scout account merge and advancement history is gone

Hello, I have a Scout who has (or possibly had) two accounts in SB.

Original BSA ID which contained all advancement history is 135020586
Newly created BSA ID (1/2022) is 14079269

I asked our Council to merge the two, but now the only account showing is 14079269 and there is no advancement history contained within it?

Is there any way to rectify this?

They had not previously been merged. I have now merged them and brought some advancement info in. Also, the two account had different birthdates for this scout. So, please verify that it is correct.
