Account Merge for Scout

Hi All and Happy Thanksgiving.

I have a scout in my troop who appears to have two accounts in Scoutbook. The one I see on my troop roster is BSA ID 135121718 but, when he logs in, he sees ID 13714276. I think this may have happened when he bridged up from cub scouts but not sure. Is there a way to merge the two accounts and preserve his advancement history?
