Duplicate Scout Account, Please Merge

I have a scout that has two accounts in my Troop. One has his BSA ID and no advancement and thee other has all his advancement and no BSA ID. User information for both accounts are as follows:

BSA Member ID:

SB User ID:

BSA Member ID:
NO BSA ID

@DonovanMcNeil I logged in this morning and now the scout that you fixed yesterday is completely gone. Please help!!??!!

@NicholasGarrett I put a positions sync on the account to pull it back in - then we just watch it
