I have a troop that is running a report on fee’s owed by the scouts, but Scout’s who have been archived out of Scout book are showing up on the report. How can this troop get this resolved? The troop said that this issue did not show up until a couple of month’s ago. Was there an update that was applied?
Yes, there was an update and a banner for several weeks in Scoutbook announcing the changes.

The unit can look in the Search payment Logs to access prior member accounts. If they do not want them to appear on the report, they can either
- delete all the transactions in the previous logs
- Add a transaction before the reporting period selected to zero out the balance of the old member logs
