Scout in scoutBook missing BSA member ID

I have a scout who is going for his Eagle and his BSA Member ID is missing from within ScoutBook. He is listed on the Roster in my.scouting.org, so I know his number from there. How can I update that?

Post the BSA Member ID (no name) and we will investigate.
