Scout is in my.scouting roster but not in Scoutbook

I was correcting the den for a scout and was disconnected from the internet in the middle of my actions. Now he is no longer in Scoutbook but is still in our my.scouting roster. When I go to my connections I can see his name but clicking on it goes nowhere.

His member id is 13856280.
