I am helping my parents renew their scouts. When two of them try to renew it won’t let them deselect Scout Life Magazine. Any suggestions on how to fix the issue?
When I did it, you had to deselect before hitting renew. So, I had to back up, then deselect, then renew.
It would not even give us the chance to deselect. Not sure what is going on. Thanks for the help.
It didn’t give us the chance if we didn’t do it as the first step. Can you cancel and start over?
