Hello! Our son’s membership will be expiring in 7 days. I can’t seem to see him in my.scouting account nor under my wife’s, so we can’t renew him. Your assistance is highly appreciated!

I don’t have a solution, but experienced the same issue with one of my kids. Since we’re posting within minutes of each other, I wonder if there is something going on today. I will try to call in tomorrow.
Good morning Sir! When my wife logged in this morning our son’s name is not showing up under ‘My Renewals’. She only sees the renewals for her own positions.
@CharlesKrager Your son’s registration expires 01/31/2025. The window to renew opens 60 days prior to the expiration date, so that is why your wife is not seeing it yet.
Quite frankly, it’s a bit of a mess. When I signed everyone up initially online, I also received magazines I didn’t want and was informed that I could pay through the troop locally. So I turned off auto-renewal, but I guess I shouldn’t have done that.
140663145 is listed and billed as committee member and unit scout reserve, but should only be committee member. I don’t see an option to fix that.
140663148, no option to do anything --I now suspect they are not currently enrolled since auto-renewal was turned off and dues were due in September. How to add them back?
140709491, was able to turn on auto-renewal, it’s the only one I can renew at this time.
I would like to renew but not pay extra for magazines etc. Is that an option?
Please contact your local council for assistance. They can end one of the positions.
That Scout’s registration expired / lapsed 9/30/2024 and is in the grace period. The Scout is opted out of automatic renewal. I believe the local council can switch the opt out for you to turn it back on.
@NavneetVerma You are not set up as parent to renew - a AM is - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number
I have two adult leaders (a COR and Den Leader) that I cannot renew online. I keep getting the failure to renew message. Can someone help me? I was able to get everyone else in my unit renewed aside from these two!
Both have multiple positions in the unit which I bet is the issue. The first should be allowed to be XO, COR, and MC as I understand it. But the second cannot be NMC and DL at the same time.
