We have a Scout who is on our MyScouting Roster but not on our Scoutbook Plus Roster. He was in our Troop and last year decided to do a multiple registration (two troops in different councils). When we did our charter this year, we didn’t include him, as he is paid in the other Troop and wasn’t coming to our meetings. Therefore, he was dropped from our roster. He said he wanted to come to Summer Camp with us, so we worked with our council to get him back on our MyScouting Roster because the camp wanted a copy of the MyScouting Roster; this was done; however, he has never shown back up on our Scoutbook Plus Roster. The Scout told us he doesn’t like the other Troop and wants to stay with only us. I can’t do a Transfer in MyScouting because it tells me he already has an active registration in our unit. How do I get him on my Scoutbook Plus Roster so I can do his advancements since he won’t be with the other Troop? I hope this makes sense; I know it’s confusing! I attached a screenshot of our MyScouting and Scoutbook Plus; as you can see, the Scout (R.) only appears in one, and a screenshot of the transfer, which failed as he’s already a member.
