We have a scout who is duel registered, and he is not showing on the second Pack in Scoutbook Plus. How can we fix this, as council office said they cannot. Scout id: 137109959
@JohnSeever - what does the membership section in scoutbook classic show for this scout. Are they also listed on the roster at my.scouting.org for the pack where they are missing?
The Scout’s membership in Pack 714 is not approved. A 714 unit admin needs to go into the Scout’s membership page in Legacy Scoutbook and approve the 714 membership.
