Scout not showing in Scoutbook P60

Hi. A Scout transferred to our Pack. The Scout shows in our Pack roster in My.Scouting. However, the Scout is not showing in our Pack roster in Scoutbook. The Scout’s member ID is 141733309.

I appreciate your help.

@StevenMurray2 this scout is in Pack 65 now not pack 60. The registrations look a little funny - if it is supposed to be 60 I would talk to council.
