My son (SBID: 12337259, MemberID: 14129682) recently vanished from his den, and his den leader asked me to look into it. When I load his profile on Scoutbook, I see DateEnded set by AkelaSBDeltaSync as Expired with Lapse
on 4/1/25. On further digging, I see that his renewal is shown as Submitted
rather than Completed
from a few months ago when I did he and his brother, but when I try to hit “complete payment” today, it shows “You are not allowed to proceed with the renewal.” I’m stuck on getting him back to his den using the sites. Can you help restore his status, or have any ideas for me to fix the issue?
