BSA# 140437710. Background: initially renewed his membership in P1731. Multipled to P0907. P1731 folded and his member renewal did not automatically update in the remaining pack. Council was able to fix his membership in my.scouting and he now expires (correctly) in the fall. This did add him back to SB, but he’s still missing from SB+. I’m hoping that you can do something to sync him back to SB+. Council Registrar replied with “The two platforms are merging as this process has not been completed. Units can use both until merge is finished. We were able to sync records yesterday and that is all that can be done.”
@JillBarr he should be good. If you turn Adults on in SB+ Roster filter - the scouter is not there?
@DonovanMcNeil Correct. He is not listed on the roster in SB+.

I checked “Expired” and Voila! he appears on the SB+ roster. It shows him Expiration Date 03/31/2025. Any clues where it is getting this date, and what I need to tell Council to get them to fix this?

Tried that many times. A closer look at my.scouting roster lists (2) expiration dates for his membership. I will try again with Council to and get it updated, so there is only the fall expiration date. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
