Membership ended

My son’s membership ended when it was supposed to be renewed. I can see on 7/19/2024 I paid the dues, but we got deactivated anyway. What can we do to resolve this?

Not exactly the detailed response I was excepting but I’ll reach out to the council directly then.

@NathanLong3 SUAC that watches the forums are volunteers with limited view into situations - we just pass on info to help to other volunteers like you - sorry

All we can see is your son’s registration is “Pending Approval”. Ask your Key 3 (Cubmaster, Committee Chair or Charter Org Rep) to log in to my.scouting.org go to the Roster page then scroll down to Membership Renewal Status. They should be able to approve the renewal then his membership will appear in Scoutbook the next day.

If this doesn’t work, you need to contact your Council.
