When exporting advancement information from scoutbook, it looks like lines for Merit Badge Requirement have the LeaderApprovedBy and LeaderApprovedDate fields reversed, so there is a date where a name should be and vice versa.
This only affects rows for Merit Badge Requirement advancement types.
Also, rows for Merit badge requirements have 19 fields instead of 18 fields. So it is possible that the problem is an extra field being reported when those rows are built.
