Nicolas R, member id 141199066, Council 82, Pack 685, is showing as a first grader, but Lion program level. First grade is correct, so he should be a Tiger. Haven’t been able to find anyone at the unit or above who can make the fix.
@LeeCass Council has to change grade level - though in my opinion it is not reliable data anyway as they move all scouts up every year with no individual data
Grade level is correct, but no one seems to know how to make him Tiger program level.
An admin simply goes to advancements.scouting.org > Click Dens > go to den to ADD the Scout to > Click Edit Den > then add the Scout and svae

@LeeCass The local council can change the grade and program level using the Registrar Tools.
