Has any one had a problem with promoting your scots to the next school grade through MYScouting? I was able to promote all of my scouts and they all show the next grade level - except for one. I have changed his grade from 6 to 7 but on the Internet advancement 2.0 roster he is showing no grade. Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Where at my.scouting.org did you go to change their school grade?

My mistake. I did this through Scoutbook under the scouts profile. I have tried to update it and have entered grade 7 which is correct.
He is the only scout not showing a grade.
Not sure what I am doing wrong.

@JohnBurnham, If you are using Scoutbook, why are you even opening Internet Advancement?
In Scoutbook, try taking a look at the Scout’s Membership page. Is the Scout’s Membership with the troop approved (green shield with checkmark)?
