Question: Are Eagle palms automatically added in Scoutbook Legacy / Scoutbook+ when additional merit badges are approved after the Eagle rank? Or do units have to add them manually?
Additionally: awards (where Eagle Palms are located) cannot be entered in Scoutbook+ currently

@LatnerG - what led you to enter any troop items in sb+. The palms are in scoutbook classic.
@Stephen_Hornak I have adult leaders who were saying they were unable to enter eagle palms, but it is possible they were trying to use Scoutbook+. I entered their palms through Registrar Tools.

@LatnerG - the palms will populate based on merit badges.. the screenshot is from a life scout and they will add automatically based on the mb count. But please tell the troop leaders to not use sb+ for troop awards and advancement. Cub scout advancement was the only advancement ported to sb+.
Palms are NOT automatically completed in Scoutbook or Scoutbook Plus. The MBs will populate automatically but a leader still needs to mark the Palm Complete and Approved. What issue are your leaders having?
There is a known issue when a Scout has earned an old version of Eagle. Watch the change log for a fix announcement.
There are no known issues when the Scout earned the latest version of Eagle.
@Stephen_Hornak @edavignon Thank you! And there should be no awards for Cub Scouts, correct? Those were all moved to Adventure Loops/Pins last year.
I believe this is correct, no awards for Cub Scouts.
