I have 2 recent new Eagle Scouts whom earned multiple Eagle Palms with their Eagle Rank. The first (bronze) palm seems to be recorded properly in both Scoutbook & Scoutbook plus after the council enters the Eagle rank completion. However, there is an issue in Scoutbook with the subsequent (gold & silver) palms. For example, a Scout has earned 33 merit badges when he earns Eagle - enough for a bronze & gold palm. The Scout’s main page shows both palms completed, but on the “advancement” page for the Scout it only shows the bronze completed. The gold palm did not have requirements 1 & 2 marked completed. I tried to manually add dates to mark those requirements completed, and now the Scout’s page in Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus says that he has earned a bronze & 2 gold palms. I’m not sure what to do to fix this now. Please help. I haven’t done anything for the second Scout yet as I didn’t want to mess things up more.
@JeffreyJable I can set up a screenshare to take a look if you want. Palms will not auto complete it takes user completion.
