Hello, one of our Den Leaders has not had access in SB+ to mark advancement for his den this year. I noticed he was listed as Assistant Den leader, and our COR did some reassignments. He then was listed as Assistant and Den Leader on both MyScouting and on SB+ 2 days ago. Now, he no longer has access to SB+ and is not listed in the SB+ roster. He is still listed in MyScouting as Assistant and Den leader. ID #140863580. His son is # 141825679. I have reset the filters on the roster to no avail. Please advise.
