Scout missing in a den when the Den Leader views Scoutbook, but is there when the Committee chair views the den

I’m the committee chair. When I view our AOL den in Scoutbook, I see 10 members. When that Den Leader view his den in Scoutbook, he only sees 9 members.

For the Scout that is missing from the Den Leader view, they are verified, appear on the overall pack roster, linked to his parents. The Den Leader is verified and linked.

Could it be something with the Leader’s link with that den? When I look at the AOL den, for the Leader is says “Den Admin” underneath, but not Den Leader. But when I go to that leader’s membership, he is marked as a den admin AND a Den Leader. When I try to add him back as the Den Leader, it says the position is already filled.

I’m stumped!

Well Scoutbook + (advancements.scouting.org) should really be used for packs - what is scouts BSA #?

We do use Scoutbook +, it’s more a concern when he goes to email the den parents. I’ve also just asked him what he sees in Scoutbook +, because that may be relevant.

The missing scout in question is 141031258.

probably need dls # too

@CaitlynFreidhoff I think the Den Leader is probably not connected to the Scout.

In Scoutbook (https://scoutbook.scouting.org), go to:

Pack Roster → Connections Manager

Find the Scout’s name and the Den Leader’s name and connect the Den Leader to the Scout with Full Control permissions.

That was it! Thanks so much Jennifer! I’m not sure how I managed that in the first place.
