Scoutbook+ Events not reporting correct time-zone issue with Arizona no daylight savings

Events that are created in Scoutbook+ are shifted off by an hour when the calendar is loaded into Google Calendar from the linked URL option.

Arizona does not support Daylight Savings time. All the times used to be correct. An observation is that the event has the right time-zone selected, google calendar has the correct time-zone, and so does the computer that is running on.

A related observation is that the events show the correct in Scoutbook+, but the listings of events in Scoutbook are also shifted by an hour.
