Hi,
Today, I tried sending an email from Scoutbook, I did not get any error messages but Scoutbook did not send the message. Additionally none of the system generated reminders were sent either.
Related discussion here. Per SUAC, development is trying to diagnose the issue right now, but has limited staff due to holiday.
Messaging is working now
I had the same problem earlier today and it seems to have resolved as of a few minutes ago.
