Scoutbook plus advancement log missing dates - need results

Hey There,
Sorry if this may seem pointed and I do not want to be simply a “complainer”… BUT

It seems whenever anyone reports they are looking for dates that are now missing from the transition of the “old” Scoutbook to the “new and Improved” Scoutbook Plus, NO responsibility is taken for the transition.
We are looking for the information we entered into the system… you have it so why can you not put it restore it? Instead, we are told to re-enter or refer to council. This is unacceptable.

If the team making all these “improvements” are not ready to put them out properly, then leave the system alone until it is actually ready.
You need to take responsibility for your actions and not throw it back on us… Scoutbook may be “old tech” but at least it was working tech. Improvements are useless if they lose the information we already put in there.

@JacksonKoontz - the development team is not on the forums. We are all volunteers here so the only pathway to reach national and national to the dev team is via your council.
