While organizing our Pack into Dens on Scoutbook Plus, I recieved an error while removing scouts from the AOL den to move them to the Webelo Den. As a result and following this error, all of our Webelo and AOL scouts plus this den are missing from Scoutbook Plus.
Happy to provide additional details if anyone can assist. I have already tried resetting my filters and using incognito mode with no luck.
@WillHicks- what was the error and the member id numbers for the missing scouts will help ?
Unfortunetly, I didnt think to write it down at the time. The group included around 20 scouts and one leader. The leaders ID is 110148440. I will need to connect with our leadership to find the other IDs.
Upon further review, it looks like only the scouts are missing. It didnt actually delete the leader so disregard.
@WillHicks- in reports in scoutbookplus is a section where the scouts can exported to compare to the roster at my.scouting.org
Hi Stephen - I found a way to fix the issue using My connections within Scoutbook. This list the missing scouts. I fixed by clicking on each Scout → Past Membership → Youth Membership - > remove end date.
@WillHicks - that is great news. So i would gather that the action of den maintenance may have had a warning related to that. But certainly slow and steady in moving scouts around the advancements.scouting.org is the key.
