Scout and Den Keep Disappearing

I have a Den comprised of two leaders and one scout currently. I was able to add all 3 persons after the scout’s registration was finalized. A few days later the entire den was missing, and the scout was not in the list of “available scouts” nor was she unassigned. I created the den again with the leaders only, the following day the scout was not in any den nor was she in unassigned but did show in my list of available scouts. The den again went missing. I noticed in legacy SB that there were 2 dens with the same name and rank, one had no personnel the other had the correct 3 personnel. I cannot delete the empty den in legacy SB as it redirects me to SB+. Today, the scout has gone missing again, not in any den, not in unassigned, but in available scouts.

Is there something I can do to remedy this from continuing to happen and delete the empty den which only appears in legacy SB and not SB+?

@BryantCuadros - try an incognito browser session to see if the scout can be seen. If so, then i wold clear the cookies and cache for scouting.org sites. Beyond that all den and cub stuff should be done in sb+ except for messages

Unfortunately this is over my iPhone, iPad, and windows pc, as well as the leader’s devices. I only mention legacy SB because there are still functions like Scout accounts and pack roles we regularly make use of still in legacy.

@BryantCuadros- i would still try the incognito session on all devices. Scoutbook plus relies on cookies and cache to present the views.

@BryantCuadros this is most likely a cache issue - clear the cache
