Scoutbook Plus Reports Time Out

When I try to make any report in Scoutbook Plus report builder, it doesn’t work. I end up getting a page that says

This page isn’t working

my.scouting.org took too long to respond.

HTTP ERROR 504

I’m the scoutmaster, but I checked to make sure I had report permissions. I do. I’ve tried to have someone else create it and it didn’t work for them either. I am trying to upload advancements from Scoutbook Plus to TWH and need the report. Any advise?

@KathleenWeibel are you trying to make a massive report? post an image of the report parameters without scouts
