504 Error Custom Report

I am trying to create an advancements report to export to TWH and every time I try to run the report I receive the following error message:

This page isn’t working

reportspd.scouting.org took too long to respond.

HTTP ERROR 504

I have tried reducing the number of scouts to see if the report is just too large and it always times out. I am trying to create this report for my troop : TroopWebHost User Guide: Upload ScoutbookPlus™ Report Builder Advancement

@JacquelineGoeppner - the report includes far too much data and much of which is not a part of advancement and far too many awards

TWH needs to reduce their requirements to get the report to a reasonable size. There Quick Export files designed to export unit data. We suggest contact TWH support and asking them if these Quick Export files will work or what they suggest to reduce the size to something Schoolbook Plus can handle.
