Scoutbook Reports including legacy requirements for current Adventures

Good Morning!

I wanted to reach out to see if there was a way to filter out/remove legacy requirements for current Adventures in reports generated in Scoutbook’s Report Builder Designer.

I have been running reports for my Pack on my Scout’s progress against their various adventures, and it is getting complicated because the reports are including legacy versions of current requirements (i.e. the 2024 as well as 2016 and 2015 versions of adventures like “Tigers in the Wild” or “Team Tiger” just to pick a rank for example).

I have de-selected “Retired Adventures” in the designer options, but because these Adventures aren’t retired, it looks like they aren’t being picked up in the items to exclude.

Is there anywhere else I should be selecting to only include the current versions for Adventures, or is this a feature/filter option that could be included? Right now this is making these reports twice as long as necessary and making reviewing Scouts’ progress an administrative burden for myself and my leaders.

Thanks for your consideration!

@Michael-Raymond I cannot yet reproduce that - can you please send these 2 screenshots

@Michael-Raymond OK I see the tiger level issue and have reported it - are there other levels that do this? Webelos seems fine

Seems to be the ones with the unchanged name - which have caused alot of confusion

@DonovanMcNeil I see it at the Lion/Tiger/Wolf/Bear/Webelos levels. (See the Webelos Stronger, faster, higher adventure for example.

I concur with your assessment that it’s the one worth the unchanged names.

Thanks!
