Scoutbook is sending out 3 reminders at once. It does not seem to be user error. It appears to be a Scoutbook glitch. BSA needs to address this quickly or I think parents will get frustrated and start opting out of emails from our pack. Has anyone else figured out how to address this issue?
As noted in this thread, it’s a known bug that’s been reported, and IT is investigating. We (users) won’t know it’s fixed until they notify SUAC and SUAC updates the change log.
