I have a case open with Scoutbook, but every time they reply to me they close out my ticket even though my issue is not resolved. I asked why, Cyndy McAnear replied back and said “marking the ticket closed helps keep track if you still have a question or issue.” I still have the issue, it has not been resolved yet. Yet every time I send an email on it I get an auto response saying my ticket has been re-opened. It’s frustrating. Is it possible to keep my ticket open until it is resolved?
