It looks like I have a new Tiger scout that possibly “synced” incorrectly - we are in Austin, TX, but the scout that shows up in our Scoutbook Pack is clearly another scout of the same name in Colorado (also has different parents listed). I checked with our council, and they have the correct scout registered with our pack. They directed me to Scoutbook support. I have emailed support 4+ times without response. Getting desperate…
