Hello, I have a scout (14125148) who disappeared from Scoutbook, but is still in my.scouting.org. How do I fix this?
@ClaytonHealy this scout is effected by a known bug - should sync back in 24 hours - leader positions will need to be re-established

Hey there, I have two Scouts that were also affected by the same bug; when I went to try and sync them, it told me that they were in a different Council.
1st: 1568669
2nd: 2731790
This happened yesterday.
I requested position sync for both of these. They should be back in their packs tomorrow. The leaders will need to put them back in a den.
Thank you! I’ll let the leader know. Just to make sure, they are in a troop, though. Hopefully not back into their old pack!
They will go back into their registered unit. If they were in a patrol in their troop, they will need to be placed back in the patrol and positions of responsibility recreated.

For this Scout, he has 3 member ID numbers in council 192. They each have slightly different names and DOBs.
The Scout also has 2 usernames (logins) at my.Scouting.
Yeah, I’ve noticed that; I don’t have access to fix it right now, sadly, but hopefully soon.
I do have a unit leader now who can log into Scoutbook, but cannot see her pack or patrols; she’s a Key 3, and should have access, so I’m wondering if the same bug happened to her.
