When using scoutbook to update advancement I can’t update some kids advancement other than using the quick option. Again this is only some kids. It shows I have full access to all kids as I am the cubmaster.
@ZacharyBurrows Are all Cub Scouts assigned to dens in Scoutbook?
The recommended way to assign Cub Scouts to dens is to go to the den page, and then use the “Reassign Scout(s)” button.
All scouts are assigned to the correct dens
@ZacharyBurrows It looks like there is something wrong with their memberships.
It says “Youth Member” when it should say “Webelos Member”, “Bear Member”, etc.
Let me see if I can fix them.
@ZacharyBurrows Actually, what might work better is if I end their memberships, and then request a position sync. They should appear back on your roster later today or tonight.
After they appear back on your roster in Scoutbook, go to their den page and use the “Reassign Scout(s)” button to pull them back into their den.
I just checked and it still wouldn’t let me add an adventure to one of the scouts. Hopefully a fix is found soon. Thank you for you work on this.
@ZacharyBurrows what is BSA # of the Scout
Also Go to unit Roster > Click your name > click Admin > click Update - that might solve it
@ZacharyBurrows Please move the Scouts back into their dens using this method:
- Go to the den page in Scoutbook.
- Click on the “Reassign Scout(s)” button.
- Select the Scouts, and invite them into the den.
Looks like that worked. Thank you.
