I have a Scouter who is not showing up in Scoutbook+. It is Troop 6172 from Twin Rivers Council.

The scouter is showing up in your official roster at my.scouting, correct?
At the risk of asking “did you try rebooting it?”, have you tried resetting the filters and/or clearing your browser cache for scouting.org sites?
From the unit roster in SB+, click the “Show: Filtered” pulldown menu button. Then, click “Reset Filters”. It’s also worth checking if the scouter’s renewal or registration status is toggled on (right two columns in circled on the left side of the screenshot).
@MarkDorsey That member ID number belongs to a youth, not an adult. And I am unable to find Troop 6172 in Twin Rivers Council.

@MarkDorsey that is still a scouts number not in that unit.
@MarkDorsey There is something odd with his registration. The start date is 01/01/2026 and the expiry date is 02/28/2026. Please contact the council Registrar.
I have tried doing a position sync, but I do not know if it will work.
