Scout not in roster on SB+ but is in Scoutbook and my.scouting roster

I have a scout that i can find in SB+ but she is not in my roster. When i go to quick entry she is on the bottom of the list as opt out. But i am able to find her profile in SB+, scout book, and my.scouting roster.

@ShawnMcAllister It looks like the Scout has 2 member ID numbers in your council and got switched to the other one. I have switched it back.

You might need to wait up to 24 hours to be able to access the Scout.
