Today I transferred my Scout to another Troop. The transfer appeared to be complete, but when I logon to Scoutbook Plus I do not see any information for my Scout. Also, the transfer button was not available for me and I appear to still be in the previous Troop. What can I do to view my Scout’s rank, completions, etc. and transfer myself to the new Troop?
@TWms Transfers take at least 24 hours - I would check tomorrow - and depending on the unit, some have it set up so they have to approve scouts.
@TWms = and adult transfer if allowed by the unit require approval of the COR or their delegate
@TWms The reason you don’t see the button to transfer yourself is because your membership expired / lapsed 02/28/2026.
@JenniferOlinger I am not sure how that can be when I have a renewal in the system with an expiration date of 2/28/2027.
