Scoutmaster permissions

My Scoutmaster cannot approve MB’s in the Bell icon (Alert on the top right), “Items to Approve”, “Merit Badges”.

However I am able to.

What are we doing wrong? Is it something with permissions?

@JohnSagami- the scoutmaster being a key 3 should have full permissions. Does the scoutmaster have the proper role selected in the upper right ? What is the member id of the scoutmaster?

@JohnSagami if you do not post the member # (no name) there is very little we can advise you on.

I am a den leader and we joined in september a couple years ago. I do not have access to update any of my scouts. Maybe my membership did not renew? Who do I contact to help?

@CRYSTALWILSON your DL position expired last October - so you would need to reapply to your unit

Yes he said he was on the correct role.

I went in and approved it. But I thought he should have the same if not more rights than me.

@JohnSagami devs do not see this behavior signing in as user - have you seen it? Can they try a Incognito window?
