Missing Approval Notification and Error Trying to Approve

I’m the Scoutmaster for my unit and as of this morning, I’m not seeing the indicator that there are items to approve, but if I go to the To Approve screen and select merit badges, I see entries there to be approved, but if I try to approve, I get the following error:

None of my permissions should have changed since the last time I approved something 2 days ago. My BSA ID is 107446132 and it is for Troop 2828 in the Greater Yosemite Council.

Let me know if anything else is needed to help troubleshoot.
