My bear den is registered as a bear den in Scoutbook. But in Scoutbook plus which states, "Youth is not eligible to earn this advancement and must be registered in the appropriate den level for this rank "
@AnthonyWarner that is a known issue - most often it is solved one of 2 ways - if it is just one effected scout - move them to a different den level for an hour and then move them back. If the whole den is effected make a whole new den for them

@AnthonyWarner Some of the Scouts in your Bear den have the wrong position code.
What you can do is temporarily move them to a different den (for example: Wolf den), then move them back to the Bear den.
