Hi, We have a new scout who just transferred from out of state. He is now listed in Scoutbook and I have assigned him to the correct bear den. However, his bear rank advancement is not showing. It’s telling me to make adjustments on the “profile page” but I’m not seeing any options there to either assign him to a den or grade level. How do I fix this?

Post the Scout’s BSA Member ID and we will investigate. Most likely he was registered with slightly different names so was not matched in the DB to pull his data to his new Member ID.
The Scout still had an open Wolf den membership from his previous pack. I have closed this membership. You should be able to see his Bear advancement now.
