I am trying to search for counselors who are associated with our troop only. Is there a way to search only for counselors associated with our troop, not the entire council?
Merit Badge Counselors (MBC) are registered with the District or Council, not a troop. There is no capability to search for MBCs by troop.

As an alternative, you can use
Troop Reports → Roster Builder Manager
to create a report that lists MBCs who are associated with your troop as adult leaders or parents.
When you design your report, select:
All Adults
Merit Badge Counselor Options
Show Merit Badges
