Send Message brings up Parents with each Scout listed twice under their name

Send Message brings up Parents with each Scout listed twice under their name.
This is on multiple laptops, multiple browsers.
I’m told the mobile version is working.
It isn’t creating a problem, but it’s indicative of something awry.

@PaulRizk - I gather you are looking at the Red text that shows the scout name. I wonder if perhaps there is a membership duplication - just a guess but something to examine. If you take one on the scouts then go to their page then membership are there two current or active memberships.

Our Roster page looks correct. A phone can display the Send page correctly. I couldn’t find your mentioned Membership page or I didn’t understand, but it might be an access issue too. It may be specific to my account or just another quirk in the system. It’s not affecting advancement recording.

Paul, try clicking on a Scout’s name, then [Scout]'s Membership.

How many memberships do you see under “Current Membership”?

@PaulRizk - Jennifer has specifically noted what I had suggested to do. The all is in your court. If Scout’s are listed twice it may either be duplicate memberships or parents in multiple roles. It will take a few clicks to find out for sure. Since it is not mission critical and does not impact message take your time.
